It’s an exciting time for Irwin Mitchell and for the legal services market. If you want to be part of that and if you share the same passion for client care that we do then I hope you’ll join us.

My career has taken me to all different areas of our Group including Personal Injury, working on high-profile cases such as the Marchioness disaster on the Thames, the Corporate team, and the Trust and Probate department. At that time, it only had two Court of Protection cases but I helped grow the team to the point where it now deals with 2,000 cases a year.

I’ve dealt with many different and varied situations but what’s the one thing that has consistently stood out in the years I’ve been with Irwin Mitchell and in whichever team I have worked in? It’s what attracted me to Irwin Mitchell then, and it’s why I still enjoy my work here every day. It’s our passion for client care.

We have thousands of interactions with clients every single day, each one an opportunity to give them a positive experience, whatever the reason they’re coming to us.

It seems like not that long ago I was in your position and deciding where to start my career as a trainee solicitor (or articled clerk as we were called then!) I chose Irwin Mitchell and today I’m proud to lead our Business Legal Services division, as we continue to grow in size and reputation in the business legal services market.

We invest heavily in our trainee solicitors and have excellent retention rates, offering a strong career path in a wide variety of practice areas.

I made the right decision when I joined Irwin Mitchell and I’m lucky to have a job I love and one I look forward to in the morning. If you make that decision too, I’ll look forward to welcoming you to the team.
