Andrew Tucker

Hello and welcome to the Irwin Mitchell trainee solicitor website.

It’s an exciting time for the legal market which has gone through one of the most radical periods of change in its history, with increased competition, new legislation and ever-increasing client demands.

Here at Irwin Mitchell, we’re ideally placed to respond to these challenges. We have clear growth plans which, combined with significant investment in our people, technology and service delivery, will ensure we’ll stay ahead of our competition.

But it’s our people who make us successful and really set us apart by working together as one Irwin Mitchell, one team, with one set of goals driven by our passion for our clients. Our trainee solicitors have a really important part to play in helping us achieve those goals by working with a wide range of our clients on critical cases, deals and projects.

Many of our partners started life here as trainee solicitors so, by choosing to start your career at Irwin Mitchell, you could be beginning a rewarding and challenging journey right to the top of our firm.

I started my career at Irwin Mitchell as a newly qualified solicitor, so the sky really is the limit! If you’re as passionate about client care as we are, we would like to have you on board.

Good luck!
